Refund policy

At Sheez Exquisite, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, certain items are eligible for returns while others are considered final sale.

 


CUSTOM WIGS & PRESS-ON NAILS

All custom wig and custom nail orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


HAIR BUNDLES & CLOSURES
Unworn hair bundles and closures may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:

• Hair has not been installed
• Hair has not been washed
• Hair has not been colored or altered
• Original packaging and ties remain intact

 


BODY CARE & COSMETICS

For health and safety reasons, body care products, lip oils, lip glosses, and other cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
