Processing Time

All raw hair orders are custom prepared to ensure the highest quality.
Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order ships.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping

After processing, standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days.
International shipping times vary by destination.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order goes into processing and cannot be altered.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for hair that has been worn, altered, colored, or installed.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
