Processing Time

• All raw hair orders are custom prepared to ensure the highest quality.
• Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order ships.
• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping

• After processing, standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days.
• International shipping times vary by destination.
• Sheez Exquisite is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After this period, your order goes into processing and cannot be altered.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for hair that has been worn, altered, colored, or installed.
• If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

• Raw Indian hair can last 3+ years with proper care.
• Please co-wash before installation and use sulfate-free products.
• Avoid excessive heat and always protect hair when styling.
