Each unit is washed, conditioned, styled, and customized with combs, an elastic band, bleached knots, pre-plucked hairline, and tailored to your exact head size. She’s the perfect mix of effortless and exotic beauty.

Please note: Each wig is crafted using high-quality bundles sourced by length (ex. 20", 22", 24", etc.). During customization, the ends are professionally trimmed to ensure a healthy, natural finish, which may slightly reduce the overall length by 1–2 inches.

The listed length reflects the original bundle length purchased from our vendor, not the post-trim measurement.

Processing Time

• All raw hair orders are custom prepared to ensure the highest quality.

• Please allow 10 -20 business days for processing before your order ships.

• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping

• After processing, standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days.

• International shipping times vary by destination.

• Sheez Exquisite is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• After this period, your order goes into processing and cannot be altered.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to this order being custom fit for you, all sales are final. 

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for hair that has been worn, altered, colored, or installed.

• If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
